In this community workshop couples will be invited into an interactive, somatic, creative experience all while having fun and building connection and intimacy with each other.
Through the use of the expressive arts we will move, make marks on paper, journal and reflect. No artistic experience is required, just the willingness to try connecting in a different way and exploring the results of the hour journey.
